Another competition has arisen between myself and my sous John and we have gone to the polls to settle this. Above we have two very different methods of making braised red cabbage. This competition is very specific. Please vote by comments and If you want to be anonymous that's ok. If you know us please tell us your name. It's nice for bragging rights more than anything else.
Here is the question:
WHICH BRAISED RED CABBAGE IS MORE PURPLE, A OR B?
Please let us know. John lost last time and wants some redemption. To make this a little more formal we will close the polls one week from today.

It depends upon which shade of purple we were going for. If it was me, I would say B is more the shade I would want to see on a plate. It's color is more vibrant and pleasing to the eye than A.
B rawks the purple world
Technically, "A" is more purple as far as purple goes (i.e. "B" is MORE pink/purple than "A".). However, I concur 100% with Todd in that I'd rather see "B" on my plate.
A is more purple
Todd you didn't answer the question. Which one is more purple not which one is better on the plate.
(Memphis Said)Okay a three year old said that B was pink and pink is for foo foo girls! He said that A is purple gurple! Seriously! That is his comments! I'd rather see B on my plate though. If they both taste good then the next choice would be all about presentation! Love you Colin (was your the ugly one..LOL!)...HUGS! Gina
B is the best who ever did A should give up cooking
